Over 450 SME customers have benefited from a special SME forum organised as part of our activities marking our 2017 Customer Appreciation Week.
The forum which was facilitated by CDC consult, focused on building capacity for SME clients selected from 24 branches of uniCredit.
Key topics treated included concepts in business modelling, separating self from business, succession planning, managing growth and basic challenges facing the SME sector.
The lead consultants, CDC consult, using very practical approaches to the topics, walked participants through basic business growth strategies.
The forum which was organised in 4 sessions across Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi further enhanced the relationship between uniCredit and our valued customers.
CEO, Mr. Samuel Sakyi-Hyde used the various meetings to reassure clients that uniCredit was very interested in the growth of the SME sector and an elaborate advisory service structure was put in place to help customers improve, especially on the growth of their businesses.
He promised that such important engagements will be continued to re-equip customers with needed information which is very useful in these times of keen competition.
